Vicky starts her search for choir members, meeting people with different types of dementia and at different stages. The youngest member is 31-year-old Dan, who was diagnosed with a rare form of genetic Alzheimer's.

Vicky sets out to see the impact of music on people in the later stages of dementia, and the three-month scientific study to see whether singing in the choir has any measurable physiological effect on them comes to an end.

Vicky wants music to be prescribed to all people living with dementia. She and the choir set out to raise awareness by recording a single at the legendary Abbey Road Studios.

Vicky and the choir are joined by pop star Tom Grennan as they sing in front of 20,000 people at Splendour Festival, taking their fight for change to their biggest audience ever.
