Catalina Five-0: Tiger Shark (1990)

Raven takes a vacation, and leaves her new partner Zara Whites in charge at the office of Catalina Five-0. Zara crosses paths with a drug dealer the girl detectives have busted in the past, and a mysterious man whose intentions are unknown.
