Not all service comedies are worth the effort. Army-surplus salesman Trinder is drafted, along with his chauffeur, and causes havoc in the barracks. He sings (unwise). Rolf is one of the troops (he paints). Trinder was well past his best and resorts to forced mugging with little reward.
